WARRANTY AND REFUNDS Our warranty applies when HybridBackpack is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical use, wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. Our warranty is for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, our warranty does not result in reimbursement. If you decide to purchase a replacement, that is up to you. If you are not completely satisfied with HybridBackpack, you can return it within 14 days unused for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued until HybridBackpack is received and inspected to insure that it is in the original conditional we shipped it to you.
